CDS Associates Welcomes New Staff - Hicks and Knight
CDS is pleased to announce that Michael L. Hicks, AIA, and Chad A. Knight have recently joined the firm.
Mr. Hicks has 36 years of experience with various size commercial and institutional projects. His expertise includes museums, laboratories, convention centers, office buildings, and commercial, religious, government and medical facilities.
Michael is a registered architect in Ohio and holds NCARB certification. He is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Michael and his wife, Nicole, live in West Chester.
Mr. Knight holds a Masters in Architecture from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an Associate AIA member. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional, supporting and strengthening CDS' commitment to sustainable design. Mr. Knight has been involved in the design of major renovation projects including commercial, hospitality, medical and university facilities as well as custom residences. While attending the University of Cincinnati, Chad worked as a co-operative student with CDS for several quarters between 1996 and 2000. Chad, his wife Tricia, and son Quinn, live in Mason.
CDS has offices located in Cincinnati (Blue Ash), Ohio, and Florence, Kentucky, and offers services in Architecture, Government Consultation, Land Development and Transportation Services.
